Whether you’re looking for a flexible part-time venture or a more ambitious business opportunity, we’re here to help you make an informed decision.
1. What is LearnyKids and how does the business model work?
LearnyKids offers an independent business opportunity built around personalised children’s products, creative activities and digital learning resources.
Through our brand licensing model, you gain access to an established product range, business tools, training and support while remaining fully independent.
You can choose how to develop your business, whether through online sales, local events, partnerships with children’s organisations or a combination of channels.
2. Is LearnyKids a franchise?
No. LearnyKids operates through a brand licensing model, not a traditional franchise.
You run your own independent business, with the flexibility to choose your sales channels, working hours and development strategy.
There are no percentage-based royalties on your sales. Instead, you pay a fixed monthly licence subscription.
3. Why choose LearnyKids instead of starting a business from scratch?
Starting a business independently often means spending considerable time developing products, building a brand, sourcing suppliers, creating marketing materials and finding the right business tools.
With LearnyKids, you benefit from an established business ecosystem developed over more than 14 years, including:
Rather than starting from a blank page, you can focus your energy on building customer relationships and developing your business.
You remain an independent business owner, with the flexibility to shape your activity around your experience, ambitions and local market.
4. Do I need previous business experience?
You don’t need previous experience in children’s publishing or educational products.
However, LearnyKids is best suited to individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, good communication skills and the motivation to build their own business.
Experience in sales, marketing, management, education or customer service can be particularly valuable.
Training and resources are provided to help you develop the specific skills needed.
5. Can I add LearnyKids products to my existing business?

6. Can I run my LearnyKids business part-time or from home?
Yes. LearnyKids is designed to offer flexibility.
You can work from home, develop the business alongside existing commitments or dedicate more time to it as your ambitions grow.
You do not need commercial premises, and you can choose between online and offline sales strategies.
As with any independent business, your results will depend on the time, effort and resources you invest.

Not sure where to start? Our team can help you identify the most suitable option based on your goals and experience.
9. Are there any royalties or ongoing fees?
LearnyKids does not charge royalties based on your turnover or profits.
The standard monthly licence subscription starts at £19.90 + VAT. It provides continued access to the applicable LearnyKids services and resources.
This fixed-fee structure allows you to retain the revenue from your sales after your business expenses, taxes and other applicable costs.
10. How much can I earn with LearnyKids?
Your earning potential depends on several factors, including your chosen products, pricing, sales channels, marketing strategy and time commitment.
LearnyKids offers multiple revenue opportunities through physical products, personalised digital creations and downloadable educational resources.
Some downloadable resources can be reproduced without additional per-unit purchasing costs, offering attractive gross margins.
However, income is not guaranteed. Like any independent business, profitability depends on your ability to attract customers and manage costs.
11. Are there any additional running costs?
Beyond your initial investment and monthly licence subscription, costs depend on how you choose to operate.
These may include website hosting, a domain name, marketing, packaging, shipping, payment processing and stock replenishment.
Many digital marketing tools offer free plans, allowing you to begin with a relatively modest operating budget.
12. Can I pay in instalments, and is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. We understand that starting a business is an important decision, both personally and financially.
To make your initial investment more manageable, LearnyKids offers the possibility of spreading payments over 2, 3 or 4 instalments, subject to the applicable terms.
We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, in accordance with the conditions set out in your agreement.
Our aim is to give you the information and reassurance you need to make a considered decision before joining LearnyKids.

This flexibility allows you to adapt your commercial strategy while managing your margins and business objectives.
21. What makes LearnyKids different from other children’s business opportunities?

What makes our approach different?
Rather than relying on a single product or sales channel, you can build a business around different customer needs and opportunities.

Web Serenity is available to partners with a LearnyKids e-commerce website.
26. Can I expand my LearnyKids business into a larger territory?
Yes. For experienced entrepreneurs with ambitions beyond developing a local business, LearnyKids offers opportunities for larger-scale development through the Master Pack.
This tailored solution is designed for candidates with relevant commercial, management or business development experience.
Depending on the project and agreement, opportunities may include territorial development and potential exclusivity arrangements.
Master applications are reviewed individually to assess the candidate’s experience, objectives and proposed development strategy.
If you’re considering a larger-scale opportunity, we invite you to contact our team for an initial discussion.
27. Do I need to register a business in the UK?
You will need to operate your LearnyKids activity in accordance with applicable UK business and tax requirements.
